We view our recruitment process as a two-way conversation. We want to learn about you as much as you want to learn about Configit.

We value open dialogue with the goal of securing mutually rewarding career prospects.

We understand our process takes time and is not the same for every candidate. We do, however, have general guidelines and steps that are common for the majority of our roles.

So, how can you become part of the Configit team?

Application

Apply to one of our open positions, or send an unsolicited application. We encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of age, gender, religion, nationality or ethnicity.

Screening

We screen and evaluate all incoming applications for alignment with open positions. Selected candidates are then invited for an initial interview.

Interview

During the initial interview, we want to make sure that you get a good impression of how we work, what our culture is, what the job is like, what is expected from you, and what the spirit in the team is.

While we are curious to find out about your background, skills, experience, expectations, and what matters to you, it is equally important for you to learn about us. As such, we view these conversations as a two-way dialogue for each party to gain more insight into the company, the individual, and the role.

Assessment

We combine different methodologies in our recruiting process depending on the type or role. This can include technical assignments, case studies, presentations, and personality profiles.

Agreement

When there is a mutual fit, we will make an agreement that covers salary, pension, bonus/commission and other benefits.

Onboarding

Configit has a thorough onboarding process where you will meet stakeholders and colleagues important to your job. You will also be introduced to other functions throughout Configit to help facilitate collaboration across departments for a broader understanding of Configit as a business.
